Where is Paulski Art located?
Paulski Art is based in Salt Lake City, Utah.

Do you ship your products outside the U.S?
Yes we do but this is limited to a select number of products contingent on weight and size. 

Is Paulski Art a Black Owned Store?
Yes we are and a family operated business. 

Are your goods Fair Trade?
We operate solely on a "Fair Trade Program" and a firm believer of supporting all artists from back home in East and Western Africa.

Do you offer any discount to interior designers or those in the trade?
Given the niche market and limited product selection, discounts are currently not offered unfortunately. 

Do you take wholesale orders?
This is solely based on the product. Best way to know is by sending us a message. 


SHIPPING AND RETURN POLICY

What Method of Shipping do you Use?
90% of our U.S orders are shipped via UPS Ground and DHL/USPS for International orders. 

What is your guarantee/Return policy?
Most of our products come with a 14 days return policy. All returned items must be made within 14 days from the time of confirmed delivery and all return shipping costs are paid by the customer unless an error or damaged product was shipped. International orders have up-to 21 days to return their ordered items allowing convenient shipping times. Our furniture and antique pieces have a strict "No Return Policy". Kindly review each product description for better understanding. 

Do you have an exchange policy?
We accept exchanges on similar products/category only. Please also note that each circumstance is different and best way to sort this out is by contacting us directly so we help resolve the issue.
